About
Chuck Wills is a singer, songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, and producer. Based in Nashville, IN, he performs regionally as a solo artist and in a variety of musical collaborations. Known as a fingerstyle and lead guitarist, Chuck also plays mandolin, slide guitar, lap steel, and sings lead and harmony vocals. He is co-founder and co-producer of the Indiana State Fingerstyle Guitar Festival, as well as the Brown County Christmas Sing-Along.
Originally trained as a classical trumpet player, Chuck led the Greenwood Brass from 1994 through 1998, and played with regional orchestras. He has studied jazz and music theory, as well as advanced fingerstyle guitar.
Along with his musical endeavors, Chuck is a Producer and Head Engineer for The Brown County Hour on WFHB, as well as Founder and Host of The Brown County Story Slam.
